Mother Lightning and Father Death

Toothless is a young dragon when he and Hiccup first met-- Canonly the dragon was the boy's age. And he does have this young appearance. Toothless is popular for turning from a deadly, growling face to something very cute.


But what of the other Night Furies? Toothless's existence means that he has parents.
Parents that are elder furies, war torn and battle ready.
Scarred from battling vikings to other dragons.
And, by description, there's probably a reason why Night Furies strike fear into the hearts of the toughest men.
